Ryerson, we need your help! A time capsule will be buried in the staircase to the Student Learning Centre (SLC) on Yonge Street, and we need input from students, staff, faculty, and alumni, to decide what should go inside. The SLC, set to open in 2015, is a dynamic, collaborative learning space that will transform Yonge Street, and provide an exceptional learning environment for the Ryerson community. To learn more about this transformative project, visit the Ryerson Builds website.
We have some initial ideas, and need your input to prioritize what goes in the Time Capsule. Please show your support by voting for these potential items – you can select as many as you like!
We’re also interested to hear what you think should go in the time capsule. Please share you own ideas on what items to include. Due to space constraints, all items will have to conform to the size dimensions of the capsule itself (12” x 8” x 8” or 30cm x 20cm x 20cm).
We appreciate your suggestions, and your enthusiasm for this exciting project. There will be an official ceremony for the burying of the time capsule in July, and we encourage everyone to get involved, submit ideas, and share in our excitement for the arrival of the Student Learning Centre to our campus.
