Most library material should be returned through the library book return slots. There are 2 book return locations. When the library is open, material should be returned through the 3 book returns slots near the circulation desk. After the library has closed, use the book return slots located in the walls outside the library near the escalators.
- Certain items must be returned to the desk from which they were borrowed, eg. special loans, audiovisuals, reserve items, etc.
Materials returned by mail will be checked in on the day they arrive in the library. The library is not responsible for postal delays, which may make an item overdue.
Ryerson material returned to other libraries also risk overdue fines and penalties for late return.
