In order to get a random sample, selected students will receive an email invitation to complete the web-based survey. All Ryerson faculty will be invited to participate in order to achieve the necessary sample size. Participation is completely voluntary. The survey will remain open for 4 weeks. Those invited to participate in the survey will receive an invitation on April 5th, 2016 and then weekly reminders until the survey closes.
  11. How can I offer feedback on library services if I am not invited to participate in LibQUAL?
The Library always appreciates feedback from its users. Please send your comments to the Library suggestion box, and they will be considered alongside the results from LibQUAL+.
