Description

The Nutrition and Food Sciences Database is a specialist database covering human nutrition, food science and food technology with over 50,000 fulltext records. This database is international in scope, containing more than 1.2 million records dating back to 1973, with over 80,000 added annually. Records from over 6,000 serials and 300 non-serial publications, books, conference proceedings, bulletins, reports and published theses are also included.
