What could be more convenient? As of May 13, 2013, you will no longer have to come to the Library to pick up most of the articles you’ve requested through RACER, the Library’s InterLibrary Loan system.
When your article is ready, you will receive an email from email@example.com. The subject line will read: Ryerson Library – E-doc delivery.
The email will contain a link to your article, and instructions concerning copyright restrictions. This new service is being run as a pilot, which we hope will become permanent.
If you have problems accessing your document, please contact the Interlibrary Loan department at firstname.lastname@example.org or 416-979-5314. You can also try the Research Help Desk at 416-979-5055, Option 3.
Books requested through Interlibrary Loan will still need to be picked up at the Library’s Circulation Desk, located on the Library’s main floor.
