If you are a faculty member planning to use articles or book chapters for your Spring 2013 courses, please send requests to Library Reserve services before April 8, 2013 to guarantee availability for the first week of class. Requests past the deadline will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Help us prioritize by indicating expected times (e.g. week 1, 4, 6) for the items requested.
All Custom Course Manuals, E-Reserve and Print Reserve requests are now routed through the library for copyright checking. This ensures that article links and scanned book chapters are stable, legal, and easily accessible to your students.
You can submit requests in two ways:
1) Self service (preferred) – Log on to Ares through Blackboard and enter
your readings directly into the system. Instructions, including video tutorials, are available here.
2) Full service – Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your readings list.
You can also reactivate (or clone) the reading lists you used in a previous semester. Instructions, including video tutorials, are available here.
