    • Hello – unfortunately, the Library does not own a copy of this – from the options available, it does not look as if any of the current options will work in a library setting. The options are to purchase a copy outright for an individual, or to post a copy on a company intranet for internal use. The Library licenses many electronic resources, and typically acquires items that support multiple use from remote locations via my.ryerson authentication.

If you would like to request this item, please recommend a purchase, or contact your subject librarian. Staff will contact the publisher to see if there are any other licensing options that would fit our requirements, and the associated cost.

If you would like to learn about other library resources relating to this topic, please contact us for Research Help, or touch base with your subject librarian.

  1. I’m looking for an electronic copy of this article for my research: Designing for Business, Consulting for Innovation By Tom Kelley. I can’t find it on RULA.
    Please advise.

    • Hello – the full citation for this article is Kelley, T. (1999), Designing for Business, Consulting for Innovation. Design Management Journal, 10: 30–34.

Design Management Journal went through a title change – it is now Design Management Review.

The Library only has access starting in 2001 – your article is published earlier. You’ll have to request it through Interlibrary Loan. The Library will received a photocopy of the article from another university which has access to that issue. Generally takes about a week.

If you need more help, please visit our Research Help Desk on the main floor, or chat with us.
