Off-campus Access to e-resources

Update – April 13, 9:00 am

All problems with off-campus access to e-resources should now be resolved.  If you are still experiencing difficulties please email erm@ryerson.ca 

Update – April 12, 10:03 am

The technical issue that caused the Library’s e-resources to be unavailable from off-campus has been resolved; however some users may still experience problems accessing these resources while off-campus until the various Internet Service Providers (Rogers, Sympatico, etc.) catch up with the fix that was made.   This may take between 12-24 hours.

On-campus access is not affected.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  1. It’s around 2:40 pm on April 12 now. I would like to let you know that I still cannot access any off-campus e-resources. Beside I am a Rogers user.
