  1. Hi,

When I applied the online “Work-Study/Research Assistant Application”, it always shows “Based on your information we are unable to submit your application!
Insufficient billing units for the winter term. A minimum of 3 is required.”
    after I clicked submit button.

I am certain all the blanks were filled out properly.

    May you please help me?

    Janice

  2. Hi Janice,

If you are encountering difficulties with the Work/Study application procedure, it may be that you are not eligible for these positions. This page http://www.ryerson.ca/currentstudents/financialaid/jobsoncampus/amieligible/index.html outlines eligibility requirements. If you have further questions I’d suggest that you try emailing finaid@ryerson.ca as they are the people who look after the application process for all the Work Study positions.

  3. Hi,

I am a international student and I know there is a work study for the international student, and the funding support will come from ISS. Is it still OK for applying this position? and how can I apply for these position after I got this work study approval?

  4. I am having the same problem as Janice. All of the required financial fields are maxed out and I most definitely have a financial need but I continue to receive the error message “Insufficient billing units for the winter term. A minimum of 3 is required”.
    What is this referring to?
